or enter keywords to search for the information you need.
Our online documentation will answer most
support questions. Additional basic support is available to all clients at no charge via e-mail to support@itc.net
during normal business hours.
For urgent Emergency Service at any time of
the day or night use our special form. If you should require networking or
programming assistance in administering your server, most information is
available in the online documentation provided. Additional support is available at the rate of
$80.00 per hour. For those organizations that would require support on a
regular basis, your needs might be better served by our parent company, Ashton ITC which provides turn-key Internet Presence
solutions and very reasonable maintenance options.
